Glad I found this group. Looking forward to participating. I am a teacher, musician, and author in Connecticut. I was an eyewitness to the beginnings of PICKLEBALL in the late 50's and early 60's. Landed in CT for school and never left. My wife Melinda is an I.P.T.P.A. certified coach and I wrote the book about "the curious history of pickleball ..." I have also adapted Chinese Taichi Qigong to Pickleball Warm-ups in order to help people reduce and self-heal injuries related to pickleball.
